RBE Parent Involvement Policy 2018-19
How the Parent Involvement Policy is made
The parent involvement policy is reviewed each year by a group of parents and teachers. Any improvements, changes, or concerns are discussed and changed as needed. The committee makes sure that the policy is available to the local community and written in a language that ALL can understand. The school will provide full opportunities for the participation of parents with limited English proficiency, parents with disabilities, and parents of migratory students.
What is Parent Involvement?
The staff at R.B.E. wants to make sure that every parent feels comfortable working as our partner. We want you to be part of school activities and take an active role in your child’s education. There are several parent committees that we need help with at R.B.E. If you would be interested in helping out, please contact Mrs. Scott.
2018-2019 Parent Involvement Events
- All Pro Dad and iMom Breakfasts
- Family Night Event
- Holiday Luncheons
- Parent-Teacher Conferences
- Oreo-tation for Preschool/Kindergarten students
The Family/School Compact is an agreement written by each group of grade level teachers with input from parents. In this brochure, the teacher will outline what they feel is important for you as the parent, themselves as the teacher, and your child to do in order to create success for everyone.
